Tech culture & mental health

No productivity hacks. No meditation app recommendations. No toxic positivity about "just setting boundaries." Instead: honest examination of why tech culture creates burnout, what I'm learning in counseling courses that applies to tech work, and the reality of being multiple things at once. Everything here is informed by years in tech and a growing understanding of therapeutic frameworks. Nothing here is polished. Perfect is the enemy of done, and I'm still learning that lesson.
